About us

Coach Mac established the Massachusetts Lacrosse Academy to provide high-​quality lacrosse instruction to youth athletes.

The idea of MA Lax Academy derived from Coach Mac's passion for lacrosse and ​his love for growing confidence and skill development in other players.

Coach Mac has coached lacrosse for 20 years and has been the head coach at ​Wilbraham & Monson Academy for 14 years. He has experience coaching youth, ​junior-varsity, varsity & collegiate levels.

The shooting clinics are designed to enhance individual players shooting, dodging, ​and stick skill development. At your high school or club practice these are often ​skills that are overlooked and undervalued. The MA Lax shooting clinics will ​provide athletes with the proper amount of repetition based on their positions. ​Each two-hour session could provide between 100-200 repetition opportunities. ​Join us and emerge a stronger and more self-assured lacrosse player with ​Coach Mac.
